Tuesday, December 8, 2009 Hey guys, long time no see huh? Miss mi? I'm sure you are, so bhb hor? xD Nah, I'm not planning to blog at this time but since I attended an event, fine. The day before yesterday I went to The Auditorium Putrjaya for the festival of Dance VII. This festival is organized by TDS which is The Dance Society of Malaysia. I am nothing to do with the word dance, of course! But then my friend invited us to the event and gave us tickets. Since they are performing the dance that day, they get free tickets, so yahh. The event started at 1pm but we reached there at like about 12pm,I think earlier than that, cause these friends of mine need to get themselves prepared for the performance. Makeups, costume all these, you know. Well we waited for quite a while for the door to open for audiences, which includes us larh. Then they start performing. One item after another. Got one item, I think is the second item or something, which got some little kids in it, makes mi smile, lols. Cause right, those kids are really small, as in, the age of 3 or 4 or 5 only, and they are so cute, haha! But they are quite good, in their age. Then got one item named the wild africa or so is quite nice. The dance that the friends of mine did is like the most special item of all and the atmosphere is so different from other dance and I enjoyed it, haha. Some is just, so-so only. The highlight I guess is the international thing, those dancers are so professional. We went out for toilet and we can't make it before the 1st item of those international dancers. So we missed the swan lake act 2. The girls say it was really nice and beautiful and they are so good. Then blah blah blah.... An interval of I think half an hour or an hour before part B. For part B, our seats has changed to first row, cool! hehe.. At the first row, we can really see them dancing clearly, can see the faces of those dancers, how their foot steps all these.. We are looking forward to one item which our friend has told us the night before this. Okay, here's some elaboration about what she has told us. 'Got one dance hor, very exciting derh lehh! I also don't know what is it all about! They wear those RM1 plastic bags (rain clothes) and then they tie more plastic bags on their waist. Then they dance dance dance and throw and tear those plastic bags tied to their waist as if they've gone crazy. My hubby say they are mental patients picking up garbage, lols. And then they are shaking like anything. Then my hubby say they are drug taker and they've gone into ecstasy, rofl. Then they suddenly fell down and died. But one survived and the 'Amazing Grace' song was played. Must be all those drug takers punished for their sins but got one repent and revived. I really don't know what is this dance all about until my daughter check on the program. Guess what? We saw Say 'NO' To Plastic Bags, lmao. You should really see that, haha.' Then we have got the chance to watch the repeat of swan lake which we had missed earlier. Then got blue bird of sleeping beauty and some more but I've forgotten their names, haha. Those foreign dancers and choreographers are from Australia, Singapore, Japan and so on... Overall, the whole thing is quite nice though I don't understand most of the dances, the story, the movements all that. After that, we had our dinner at somewhere in Seri Kembangan. There are so many choices there and we ordered quite some food, haha. Bloated. Home sweet home at about 11pm. (second home :D) What a day. after 2 years, you finally leaving mi, bring mi along, please. waiting for a return to my blog, yang. |
